When you submit a form or call us we collect your name, phone number, town or ZIP code, and what you tell us about your property and the damage. If you call, we may record the call, with notice, as Connecticut law requires.
Our website collects standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit. When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from, the time, and your browser's user agent, so we can show exactly what you were shown when you gave consent.
To contact you about the request you made, to schedule and carry out an assessment or work, to keep records of jobs and quotes, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we are not a lead generator. We do not share your details with lead marketplaces or send your request out to multiple companies. We share information only with the people who need it to do your job — our own team and subcontractors working under our contract with you — and with service providers who operate our phone, text, scheduling and payment systems on our behalf. If a job requires licensed work we do not perform, such as asbestos or lead abatement, we will ask you before passing your details to anyone else.
