Fortified Restoration LLC sends text messages to people who ask us to. By checking a consent box, you authorize Fortified Restoration LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automated system. You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Two separate opt-ins. Service texts and marketing texts are two different checkboxes. Neither is pre-checked, and you choose them separately. Agreeing to one does not agree you to the other.
Message frequency varies. During an active job you may receive several messages a day. Outside of a job, marketing messages are infrequent — typically no more than a few a month.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan with your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel service messages about an active job if you agreed to those separately; reply STOP to those as well if you want them to stop too.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent is given to Fortified Restoration LLC alone. We do not sell, rent, assign or otherwise transfer it, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We are not a lead generator and we do not pass your request to other contractors to compete for it.
